I have significant experience working working with first responders, the spouses of first responders, survivors of domestic abuse, survivors of sexual assault, and individuals who have experienced incarceration. I work with individuals and couples to work through both real and perceived blocks to their ideal lives. Whether experiencing the regular stressors in life, or trying to overcome recent or past trauma, motivated clients can use their individual and unique strengths and resources to successfully navigate and accept life as it comes in the healthiest way possible.
