Accepting New clients! I provide a warm and compassionate environment for clients who wish to discover their fullest potential and move forward towards the best version of themselves. I have helped adults on their journey of self-discovery through a variety of psychological and social difficulties. Over my 7-plus years of being a therapist I have learned that every one of us wants to grow and feel connected. Using an authentic therapeutic relationship as the foundation, I guide clients in recognizing thoughts and patterns that have been unhelpful and allow clients to connect to their own skills and inner resources. I have experience in helping clients with addiction, anxiety, depression, grief and stress related to life transitions/day to day stressors. I practice interventions that are strengths-based and solution-focused utilizing evidence-based practices. I work with adults 18 and older. I have experience working with both veterans and military families.
