Now is the time to take control of your emotions. Finding yourself in a vulnerable state or struggling with situations in your life is normal. What is not normal is feeling that you don't have an emotional outlet. This can cause you to become overly anxious and depressed and cause you difficulties in accessing appropriate coping mechanisms. Over the years, I have been able to help individuals increase their motivation and improve their self esteem, therefore helping them conquer the depression and anxiety, that has lead them to feel lonely and isolated. I work alongside Public School System and have evening hours.
