About
I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology from Siena College and my master’s in social work from Fordham University. With over 10 years of experience, I’ve worked in schools, homeless and domestic violence shelters, and adoption agencies. I’m passionate about helping others and providing a safe, open space where clients feel supported and heard. I offer a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where clients can work through life’s challenges. I believe clients know themselves best, and I’m here to support their growth and self-discovery using evidence-based therapies like CBT, Client-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.
