My approach is compassionate and non-judgmental, creating a space for you to explore patterns that may have kept you feeling stuck. I’m passionate about this work because I believe that everyone is doing the best they can with their circumstances, and that true healing happens in a safe, supportive environment. I aim to create that space for you, where we can explore your past, your struggles, and the patterns that may no longer serve you, with a focus on self-compassion and growth.
