I work with high schoolers and adult clients experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, grief and more. Through therapy, we’ll work towards developing positive coping skills and improving your self-esteem, relationships and communication skills. Every session is client-led — whether you arrive with a specific challenge or simply need a space to process the weight of the week, I follow your lead. My role is to offer compassion and guidance along the way, helping you navigate your path with a sense of safety and dignity, while feeling safe and understood.
