My approach is grounded in the belief that a strong therapeutic connection is the cornerstone of effective therapy. In our collaborative and trusting space, you’ll have the freedom to explore your thoughts and emotions at a pace that feels right for you, and together, we’ll uncover paths toward healing. Once this foundation is in place, I use a tailored approach, drawing primarily from trauma-informed psychodynamic therapy, CBT, and ACT.
