As a therapist, I aim to provide a safe, open, empathetic and trusting space for my clients. I work with individuals of all ages and populations to help cope with life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction and relationship issues. While meeting clients where they are, I take a non-judgmental, strengths-based approach to increase self-compassion and self-worth. While I utilize a number of therapeutic modalities, I focus on ACT, CBT and trauma informed care, working with my clients on accepting and embracing their thoughts and feelings rather than fighting them.
