I am a Christian Counselor licensed in Georgia and North Carolina. I have a genuine compassion for any person who struggles or hurts as a result of life and living. I enjoy working with adults 18+ and women’s issues. Other interests include healing from childhood wounds, Spiritual growth and development, healthy boundaries, anxiety, depression, stress management, sensorimotor psychotherapy (mind-body connection), chronic pain and the impact of developmental trauma on present life and interpersonal neurobiology.
