I specialize in helping women who have gone trauma, stressful experiences, and abusive or complicated relationships. Some have done therapy before and want to go deeper now. Many are feeling overwhelmed or anxious. I enjoy working with young professionals, cancer survivors, pregnancy and parenting challenges. I really like working with empathic, intuitive or highly sensitive women. As a reiki master and shamanic healing practitioner I can offer unique ways to incorporate spiritual or energy work into healing for those who are interested.
