I am not taking new clients at this time. If you are reading this, chances are you're feeling stuck and you're looking for some guidance. I offer a strengths-based, client-centered approach to helping people figure out what's not working, and find their own unique solutions to feeling better. Some clients are interested in processing how past experiences are still affecting them. Some are simply looking for solutions to handle their current problems. In sessions driven by your own unique needs, I guide clients to move beyond their "stuck" place and feel more in control of their emotional lives.
