Welcome! I am offering virtual and in person therapy. I am a licensed clinical therapist in Michigan with 27 years of professional work experience. I use a unique holistic/spiritual approach incorporating the mind, body, and soul as they all go hand in hand. I utilize mindfulness techniques to really help you retrain the brain from negative thoughts that often lead us down the rabbit hole of anxiety, depression, and hopelessness that can keep us stuck. I can provide guidance with career, relationships, trauma, depression, anxiety, physical issues, codependency, grief/loss, spiritual healing, being empath,and healing on all levels!
