I’m forever rediscovering the power of intention. If one is sincere, devoting space to inner growth will fertilize a mysterious process in which what we originally felt as pain becomes a portal to love more deeply, live more freely, and wake up to what really matters. I love sitting with sensitive individuals with intuitive abilities, unwieldy minds, and a wonderment about how to be their true selves on this bewildering planet because I never know what will unfold. I especially enjoy working with meditation practitioners who want to embody their insights in the multiverse of daily life. Depth work has a special way of opening an unflinching intimacy with all of our experience. There is so much to feel personally and collectively right now, and so many fragments to retrieve. One of my favorite methods on this path is discovering the uncannily accurate guidance of dreams, and how they speak from the unspeakable places.
