I have over 20 years' experience in the mental health field providing counseling to treat depression, anxiety, trauma recovery, substance abuse, life transitions, personal growth, and prenatal and postpartum difficulties. I take a therapeutic approach with clients that stands on the foundation that each of us possess an innate healing wisdom. Together, with my clients, I focus on empowering each client to remember and uncover who they truly are. When we remember our basic goodness, we can heal past wounds and liberate ourselves to live life more fully.
