I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist that works with children, couples, families, and individuals that are experiencing relational challenges and are in need of emotional guidance to improve their relationships with others and themselves. My goal is to help clients navigate the complexities of life with a sense of awareness, security, peace, and learning. I have extensive history and success working with humans who are limited by challenging behaviors such as addiction, process disorders, codependency, and unproductive familial patterns that are in need of recalibration. My practice provides psychotherapy that results in self awareness and the ability to thrive within our human emotions. I help clients develop a strong relationship with themselves where they can heal and live in acceptance of their past (family of origin, trauma, ruptured attachments) and live a life of their choosing.
