There are times when it is too challenging to deal with significant changes on our own. Whether we are experiencing shifts in our relationships, a separation, dealing with divorce, taking responsibilty for your finances, raising kids, parenting adult children, or allowing the good to flow, we all need support. Sometimes our bodies signal to us that we need help, evidenced by our sleeping (or not) patterns, our (scheduling) eating, and our (high and low) moods. I like to incorporate mindfulness tools to assist you in developing a 'calm' within yourself as you unpack and place problems in their proper perspective.
