The decision to pursue counseling requires a great deal of courage and personal commitment to growth and success. Facing our fears, struggling against negative emotions and behaviors, and sharing our story with others can be difficult and daunting tasks for many people. However, I believe that overcoming our experiences of trauma and past disappointments is the surest way to foster future positive connections and to lead a rich, full life. My goal is to help clients overcome current barriers to happiness and achieve authenticity and vitality in their day-to-day lives. I strive to help clients recharge and revitalize.
