You're successful in some areas, but feel stuck in self-doubt, overthinking, or burnout behind the scenes. Many of my clients are also parenting with ADHD or raising neurodivergent kids, juggling it all while running on fumes. I specialize in helping high-achieving adults and couples heal long-standing patterns often rooted in complex trauma or attachment wounds. I also work with those feeling frustrated by body image issues, diet cycling, or medication-related changes. You’ve tried everything—and you're realizing the struggle goes deeper than willpower.
