Welcome! Therapy can be scary and bring up a multitude of thoughts and emotions. It is a step towards personal growth and healing as well as increased vulnerability. I have experience working in the areas of life transitions, depression, anxiety, co-occurring disorders, and family members/loved ones struggling with addiction. I have a passion working with individuals who are questioning or struggling with their relationships with substances, and LGBTQA and TGNC individuals.
