Greetings, my name is Michelle. As both an individual and a therapist, I have observed that the rapid pace of modern life and ongoing technological advancements have contributed to rising levels of anxiety, depression, and loneliness. These challenges often intensify as we approach the winter season, when longer nights may further impact mental well-being. I am an experienced therapist who worked for over ten years at Johns Hopkins Oncology and Palliative Care before starting my private practice. My specialties also include caregiver burnout, cancer or serious illness diagnosis, grief and trauma.
