It takes strength to acknowledge the need for help and I commend you on taking the first step. I love working alongside individuals who are processing traumatic events or navigating transitions. For this reason, I am passionate about supporting teens and young adults as it is a difficult time for all of us yet it can feel extremely isolating, as though no one understands who you are or what you’re going through. Self-love at this stage in life can be particularly challenging and my goal is to help clients discover all their wonderful and unique characteristics. After all the relationship we have with ourselves is most important!
