Life can be difficult and the struggles we face are challenging. I love to help people build a life worth living by providing them with a non-judgmental, safe place to talk. I have 5 years of experience working as a therapist and have worked with many populations including adults, children, and adolescents. I have been trained in DBT, EMDR and Brainspotting. I enjoy working with personality disorders, PTSD, trauma, depression and anxiety. I enjoy teaching clients the skills they need to overcome the struggles they might be having. I believe that everyone deserves to have a quality of life no matter what hardship comes their way.
