Everyone deserves a safe space to navigate life's challenges. My goal is to help those who are struggling find healing and support. With clinical experience across a variety of settings— including partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient programs, and outpatient care— I’ve worked with both adolescents and adults facing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges. I am also trained in EMDR, allowing me to provide specialized care to those in need. My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, compassion, and a commitment to creating a non-judgmental, supportive environment.
