The relief from sharing whatever you are struggling with can bring tremendous and sometimes immediate relief. It is the first bridge towards change. Being at peace with yourself is an important part of healing and growth. I am a dedicated and conscientious professional and will respond promptly to anyone who seeks help. I have extensive training and education in the fields of addiction, trauma, eating disorders and relationship issues. I enjoy working with many populations, ages 12 and up who may be having difficulty coping with changes. Every stage of life poses challenges and opportunities for growth.
