I work with adults who are experiencing attachment-related issues, who may feel like they are stuck in the same cycle of conflicts in relationships, struggle with prioritizing themselves, and have a difficult time saying “no”. I work with all forms of relationships, however I specialize in daughters who have strained relationships with their mothers. I also work with grief and loss in all forms and adjusting to the many ripples of life changes that follow.
