I have practiced in the mental health field for over three years. I received my BA in Psychology and English, as well as my Masters in Mental Health Counseling all from the University at Buffalo. I spent several years working in community mental health advocating for and serving a diverse population, including those struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, personality disorders, substance use, domestic violence and grief. I have worked with ages ranging from 5-85, specializing in child and adolescent populations.
