Are you looking for affirming care in a compassionate and validating space? Perhaps you are seeking help looking at things in a new way, or you need help finding more effective ways to cope and manage the stressors of life. I specialize in working with BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) and LGBTQIA2+ communities. I have a variety of holistic and culturally sensitive approaches to meet you where you are and work with you to get the most out of your healing journey. I utilize dreamwork, IFS, EMDR, experiential, culturally responsive, and nature-based techniques. I am sex-positive, kink/BDsM and ethical non-monogamy informed.
