I am a licensed counselor specializing in life transitions, grief, depression, anxiety, co-dependency and trauma. I work with people experiencing a variety of symptoms and difficulties in their daily lives and relationships. Many of my clients tell me that I am easy to talk to and they are often surprised and relieved by my nonjudgmental approach. If you choose to work with me, we will explore what influences your past experiences might be having on your current difficulties. We will explore how your nervous system is responding to the world around you and we will work toward your goals of improved functioning.
