About
I’m a Mental Health Counseling graduate student at Hunter College, completing my internship in a private practice as I work toward licensure. Before becoming a therapist-in-training, I spent over 20 years in the corporate world, leading creative teams, mentoring others, and having countless conversations about growth, change, and finding your path. I see therapy as a form of mental maintenance — a place to pause, reflect, and realign, even when life seems “fine.” My style is down-to-earth and conversational, rooted in person-centered approaches and simply making space for whatever you’re feeling.
