I bring a personable and down-to-earth style to therapy, creating a space where you can be honest in ways you may not feel safe being anywhere else. A space where you can set aside the roles you play and connect with the version of you that doesn't have to perform. I’ll invite you to be honest not only about your story, but also about how therapy feels for you, so we can adjust together. I believe humor, curiosity, and compassion all belong in the room, and I see therapy as a place to untangle how you process experiences and how that shapes the way you feel and respond in daily life.
