Moving to Colorado and immersing myself in the mountains has taught me so much about life, about myself, and became the inspiration for my practice: Mountains of Change. While life can feel like an uphill battle at times, the outcome can be breathtakingly beautiful. I believe we all have within us exactly what we need to face these difficult moments but that we often need a little extra support. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker located in Colorado and am also licensed in the state of Pennsylvania. I currently accept insurance for Colorado clients and offer private pay options for Pennsylvania clients.
