My name is Michelle Segal and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (license 100143). I have over 5 years of experience working with individuals and families dealing with a variety of mental health and health-related issues. My main focus is to empower each client, focus on each of their strengths and make them feel comfortable and safe in a non-judgmental environment. The main therapeutic modalities I draw from include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Strengths-Based Therapy, Trauma Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
