She is passionate about helping clients to find lasting healing and has worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She specializes in evidence-based approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, cognitive processing therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and motivational interviewing.
