It is my personal belief that everyone deserves to discover their meaning of a life worth living. As a professional counselor and life coach, I help clients on their journey to discovering what it truly means to live a life worth living. My clients and I share a very special and unique bond throughout the therapeutic relationship which allows us to to collaboratively work together to build strength, find meaning and achieve healing. I have a passion for Dialectical Behavior Therapy and incorporate it into just about every session I have. I am trained in EMDR and Brainspotting and utilize this modality for the treatment of trauma.
