As a clinician for nearly 12 years, I have had the honor of supporting adults in a number of behavioral health settings including traditional outpatient, intensive outpatient, in-home, residential, and most recently, higher education. I have developed an approach that takes from a variety of treatment modalities, but rooted in person centered and trauma informed care. As such, my primary focus is to help establish trust through transparency and reliability, as well as, re-establish connections taken directly from hidden strengths and values.
