Anxious all the time for what feels like “no reason”? Feeling unable to do the things you have always enjoyed doing due to fear and/or lack of joy? Lacking energy and overall motivation? I understand, because I have felt those things too. I started therapy as a teenager and my early experiences as a patient are what inspired me to pursue a career in social work and, ultimately, as a private practitioner. I am able relate to my patients and offer them a unique perspective to help guide their treatment, as well as apply evidence-based treatment modalities and provide the tools to help them feel more in control.
