The hardest part of change is the first step: reaching out to others and asking for help. For the past twenty years I have worked with adults, adolescents, and families looking for help navigating challenges in their lives. I respect and value anyone who is thinking about taking that first step. As a licensed psychotherapist I specialize in trauma, addictions and in working with individuals living with persistent behavioral health issues and co-occurring conditions.
