I specialize in working with adults, adolescents, and children navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and life transitions. My focus includes perinatal mental health (infertility, pregnancy, parenthood), multicultural issues, emerging adulthood, and identity development. Using Somatic Experiencing (SE), mindfulness, and your inner wisdom, I help you break free from patterns that hinder connection and growth. Together, we gently restore self-regulation, fostering resilience, aliveness, and wholeness. This embodied approach promotes healing, balance, and transformation. I believe that part of one’s journey in therapy includes a collaborative and hopefully healing therapeutic relationship involving trust, empathy, confidentiality, authenticity, and courage. I identify as an ever growing inclusive psychodynamic psychotherapist who utilizes various embodied approaches.
