Whether you are navigating a breakup, an abusive relationship, need help with self esteem, childhood trauma, life transitions, or anything that brings you uneasiness, I am here to support you along the way. I have provided therapy to survivors of domestic violence for over 3 years. I have extensive experience using therapy modalities with those who have endured different types of trauma.
