I work with motivated individuals who are looking for support, perspective, & helpful coping strategies for navigating challenges with mental health, confidence, or issues in relationships. I will help you take steps to achieving your goals and be there to celebrate the small victories along the way. If you want to incorporate your faith and values into the counseling process, I can help with that. As a Certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator, I also help engaged couples connect more deeply before the big day. I am also a Certified Brainspotter.
