I specialize, and truly enjoy, helping my clients identify and work the past, as well as everyday stressors of life. This includes anything from domestic and sexual abuse to marital conflict, parenting struggles, work stress and familial conflict. Often clients come have an understanding of their "symptoms"- their anxiety, depression, anger, etc- but don't fully understand their triggers or where these symptoms are coming from. My goal is to help you make connections between what you're experiencing, where it's coming from and develop tools to manage/overcome it.
