I work with adults (18+) to overcome challenges by gaining a better understanding of brain, behavior, and thinking patterns. Together, I work with each client to better understand the source of their concerns and to empower them with skills to make meaningful and sustainable change, independently. Often, a client’s current concerns may seem insurmountable. My therapy approach is anchored in developing a treatment plan with manageable steps to change ingrained patterns of thinking and disrupt maladaptive coping strategies.
