I am passionate about my work and helping individuals gain insight and understanding in their own challenges, strengths, limits, and abilities. As a proponent of holistic healing, I am working toward the use of yoga, yoga for trauma, meditation, and wellness coaching in my practice. My specialties include behavioral and mental health, substance use/abuse/dependence, LGBTQIA+ issues, and trauma with training in EMDR for difficult cases. From experience, I know, regardless of the difficulties in life, there is always a solution/change which can happen to help you find a positive to every situation -even if is not what you thought.
