Hi, I'm Mika. Before moving into private practice, I worked in a university counseling setting, where I encountered clients presenting to therapy to address a wide range of struggles and life transitions. That experience deepened my understanding of how layered and complex our idea of “wellness” can be. It underscored the importance of exploring a person’s inner world—how their past, relationships, and search for meaning intersect in the ongoing work of living a more integrated and authentic life.
