I enjoy working with people in all stages of life. I especially appreciate working with teenagers and young adults trying to manage during difficult and trying times. I use a Client-Centered and collaborative approach to meet the needs of my clients by helping them brainstorm and use problem solving skills to set realistic goals in treatment. I also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and a Strengths-Based Perspective to aid in redirecting damaging thought processes that hinder progress. I am fun-loving, understanding, compassionate, encouraging, non-judging and I believe that it CAN and WILL get better!
