Life is as messy as it is beautiful, and reaching out for support takes real courage. As a trauma-informed therapist, I aim to create a space where you feel seen, safe, and supported. I believe therapy is most powerful when it feels like a collaboration—one grounded in trust, compassion, and curiosity. In our work together I aim to support you to heal, grow, and reconnect with your inner strength. I invite working with people from all backgrounds and presentations, with special interest in supporting LGBTQIA+ clients, attachment wounds, trauma, anxiety, interpersonal challenges, and life transitions.
