My purpose and passion is to help you gain a better understanding of yourself. Therapist is just one of many roles in my life. I am also a mother, partner, friend, lifelong learner, and client. I work with adolescents and adults, individually or as couples/families. My approach is holistic and utilizes various techniques including CBT, DBT, Schema Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy.
