I am enthusiastic about working with individuals of all ages who are struggling with life transitions, career changes, relationship challenges, anxiety disorders, depression, and grief. As a graduate of The Michigan School of Psychology, I received extensive training in helping people of all ages learn how to effectively manage their mental health concerns. Working with children and adolescents has also been a passion for me.
