I enjoy working with teens and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, addictions and life transitions. Person-centered, humanistic therapy is the foundation of my practice. I utilize elements of CBT, solution focused therapy, and expressive arts. I focus on exploring your strengths values, relationships, and emotions, so you can discover who you want to be and how you want to get there. I balance an empathetic, nondirective style with compassionate directness and challenges. I believe that pushing you beyond your comfort zone is where you will find the most growth.
