Currently accepting clients on Tuesday & Wednesday morning/daytime 8:00 AM-2:00 PM. Today’s world can bring feelings of increased stress and concern into peoples’ lives. At times, trying to manage all of life expectations, personal values and finding steps towards happiness can feel very daunting. It can feel overwhelming and nearly impossible to figure out. I am a trauma-informed therapist, who wants to support individuals, couples and families find their strength and full potential in today's world. I am trained in evidence based practices that focus on supporting individuals and families that have struggled with domestic violence within the home. I am also trained in the therapeutic models: MATCH-ADTC (Modular Approach to Therapy with Children- Anxiety, Depression, Trauma and Conduct) and ARC (Attachment, Regulation and Competency).
